The remittance forms for treasurers were updated and changed by the Women's Division, effective January 1, 2005, in an effort to make the forms easier to use.  It is certainly ok to finish using your supply of the old forms.  The basic information included on the forms has not changed...just the format.  All of the new forms are available for download here on our website.  To maximize their availability & usefulness, all of the new forms are provided here in several formats.

As has always been the case, on all of the forms, you can print the PDF Templates and make copies to use for handwritten reports.  Just be sure to always keep a copy for your records.

There are PDF files that are functional, with formulas, where you can fill them out on your computer and then print them. You can print the PDF forms while you are online, or you can save a form to your computer and use it offline. The EXCEL files are also functional, with formulas.  You do need to have Microsoft EXCEL software to use the EXCEL files..  To save an EXCEL file to your computer, click on the link, then save the file to your computer, then open it with EXCEL.  It is also possible to open the EXCEL forms online, fill them in, and print them.

To use any of the PDF files, all you need is the free Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.  See the link below to obtain that free software if you do not have it.
